Our original design can be developed in a modular fashion to give different living spaces. The Tiny House version below gives you living space of just under 50 sq m split into living and bedroom blocks linked by a corridor that doubles as a sheltered entrance hall, giving you space for coats and boots etc.
The living space also features a second screened counter top area for washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. All the spaces follow our design ethos of using light, materials and views to give a warm, light and peaceful space that feels much bigger than it actually is.

Payment terms: 50% up front, 40% at weatherproof shell
complete on site, 10% upon final completion.
