Ideal as starter home, a granny flat or guest accommodation. We are currently developing and pricing a lower specification version for the commercial guest accommodation market.

Payment terms: 50% up front, 40% at weatherproof shell
complete on site, 10% upon final completion.

As the residential version will be built using Passive House methods for air tightness and insulation it will require an MHRV system, we have options available for these.
